Alfa Romeo: 4C
The Alfa Romeo 4C, for all its Italian quirks, is a seriously cool car. With more of a hardcore edge thanks to its lack of power steering, for example, and its eye-watering price tag, it never really took off here in the U.S. It more or less served as a springboard to reintroduce the Alfa brand into our market. Now that the Giulia and Stelvio (and their awesome Quadrifoglio variants) are in full swing, the 4C has been out in the cold in terms of sales. So, this year the 4C model was discontinued completely, after FCA killed off the 4C Coupe last year.
2020 hasn’t been kind to Alfa Romeo’s enthusiast sports car, either. Through the third quarter ending in September, dealers moved just 92 4Cs. Stelvio sales, on the other hand, were virtually constant from last year.
