Here are some basic facts about the 2011 Dodge Durango that raise an interesting question.

1) The Durango is built on basically the same platform at the all new Jeep Grand Cherokee.

2) The Durango use the same two engines as the Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Of course the obvious question you might be curious about is…so what’s the difference between the two new SUVs.

For starters the Durango seats seven and is five inches longer. It also doesn’t come with the Jeep’s fancy air suspension.

But you know what? Why not just watch the video below and you’ll see up close and personal both what makes the Durango different and similar to the Jeep.
