If you have to ask how much it is…you can't afford it.

Yes indeed to some the notion of paying $75,000 for a Chevy Camaro Convertible may seem a bit over the top but keep in mind that it is a limited model with only 100 being sold (and of course) it is a convertible and it does come in a "Deep Bordeaux".

FYI: That's the name of the paint color and not the wine.

"The Camaro Convertible is considered one of our nine to 10 fantasy gifts,” said Ginger Reeder, a spokeswoman for Neiman Marcus. "If you’re going to buy a Neiman Marcus edition car, you want your neighbors to notice."

Your neighbors certain will notice because a run of the mill Camaro Convertible will cost about $30,000-$40,000 less than the Neiman Marcus car…when it goes on sale.

But if want to be the first rich kid on the block to get the new convertible Camaro…you can do so next Tuesday at noon, when the car goes on sale through the Neiman Marcs Christmas Book.

According to the New York Times:

"The range-topping 2SS model in the catalog comes with a rumbling 6.2-liter V-8 engine and choice of a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission. The color and trim package used on the 100 Neiman Marcus editions will not be used again by the factory."
