The rumor floating around the internet is that this test drive of a new $1.6 million Bugatti Veyron cost the guy drivering the car $30K.
If you watch the video he drove it about ten feet before he both smacked into the Toyota behind him, and scarped the front end of the car.
If you do the math that means the driver paid $3,000 for every foot he drove the Veyron….of course that's not counting the ten feet he got to drive it forward after hitting the Toyota.
You have to admit it's a pretty crazy accident, especially since the damage to the Veyron cost more to fix than the value of the Toyiota it hit. We'd hate to see how much it might cost to ding a Veyron door, and heaven forbid fix a cracked Bugatti windscreen.
