Forget about the factory front and rear bumpers on the 2016 Jeep Wrangler when heading off road.
On episode 13 of TFLcar’s off-road video series Difflock, TFLcar’s Tommy Mica recently gave his 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sport S a makeover, equipping it with a more rugged off road front and rear bumper and a new winch.
Tommy used Betsop brand bumpers and a Warn ZEON winch to give the Jeep a more customized look and feel. He went step by step as he removed the old bumpers, added the new ones and the winch.
The reason why Tommy decided to replace the factory equipment was because the approach angle wasn’t there and the front end bumpers were big and bulky. Already, the front bumper sustained some scrapes.
Having the winch also means when Tommy decides to do some off roading alone, he has the winch to help him get unstuck.
