Nissan will take wraps off a more extreme Nissan Juke NISMO RS at the 2013 LA Auto Show this November. Â It will be accompanied by a second, yet undisclosed, NISMO concept. Â The NISMO RS version of the Juke is said to be producing from 240 to 270 horsepower, depending on the market. Â United States should get the higher 270 hp version.
We reviewed a 2013 Juke NISMO earlier this year and came away impressed. Â However, we wished for a bit more power and a manual transmission. Â Nissan is delivering more power, a lot more power! Â There is no word on any other modifications, but I am crossing my fingers for a 6-speed manual transmission. Â This must be our consolation prize, since the 545 hp Juke R will not be sold.
