The 2012 Hyundai Veloster is a strange new beast set loose by the upstart Korean car manufacturer in the automotive world. Unlike all cars in its class, or for the matter of fact all cars…it has one coupe like door on the driver’s side, but two two sedan like doors on the passenger side.
Even the name Veloster suggested a shortened version of “Velociraptor” meaning ‘swift seizer’ which is a crafty dinosaur that lived 75 million years ago.
So will the Veloster going to swiftly seize sales from competing cars like the Ford Focus, the Honda Civic, Volkswagen Golf and Subaru Impreza?
We think it will and if you want to find out why just watch this First Drive video review of the new 2012 Hyundai Veloster.
