Ferrari unexpectedly unveiled photos of the all new 458 Italia today which will mostly likely replace the current F430 as the brand’s iconic mid-engine V8 sportscar.
The details of the cars performance are all over the internet but the important numbers are:
– 4.5-liter / 570 hp DOHC 32-valve V-8
– 0-60 in 3.4 seconds
– Top Speed: 202 mph
– Price: just North of $250,000 estimated
– Combined EU Fuel economy of 17
That last number is pretty shocking when you consider the car will have a 570 hp V-8.
Could it be that Ferrari is trying to actually produce a "green" red supercar?
