The program lets you choose from vehicles across its rental fleet.
Enterprise has a new way of letting you rent the cars you want by offering a monthly subscription service. Under the service — called Subscribe with Enterprise — users can swap vehicles up to four times per month. That includes anything from a small economy car like the Hyundai Elantra up to a cargo van or a full-size pickup like a Ford F-150. Unlike other car subscription services, this one also doesn’t limit your options to one particular brand or set of models, as manufacturer-backed car subscription does.
However, that sort of convenience does not come cheap. The starting price is $1,499 per month, plus taxes and fees. Mind you, that does include insurance, maintenance and roadside assistance. Users have up to $100,000 in liability coverage, as well as $300,000 liability coverage per accident and $50,000 per injury or destruction of property, with a $1,000 deductible.
For now, Subscribe with Enterprise is only available in Nevada, Missouri and Minnesota. On top of the $1,499 plus taxes and fees, users will also have to pay a $250 enrollment fee. You get up to 3,000 driving miles per month. However, only the subscriber can get behind the wheel, plus Enterprise charges $0.40 per mile for any overages.
