Ford Debuts Two 2019 Explorer Special Editions at Texas State Fair [News]

Ford unveils the 2019 Explorer Limited Luxury and Desert Copper Editions

Ford’s move to double down on trucks and SUVs takes another step forward, as the company unveils four new special editions at the 2018 Texas State Fair. In addition to the 2019 Ford Expedition Stealth and Texas Editions, there are two new Explorer special trims. Here, we have the 2019 Ford Explorer Limited Luxury and Desert Copper editions.

The 2019 Explorer Limited Luxury edition takes the Limited trim and adds on a handful of luxury upgrades. You get new 20-inch aluminum wheels, massaging leather seats and a few special touches on the interior. Besides that, powertrains and the overall look of the 2019 Explorer remain the same.

Then there’s the 2019 Explorer Desert Copper Edition. This is a special trim that adds special touches to the standard XLT. Here, you get 20-inch polished aluminum wheels, as well as black leather seats with copper-colored inserts and stitching.
