Welcome to a new video series, entitled Kickstart, where we buy, ride and sell a classic motorcycle in 36 hours. In Episode #1, Roman bought a 1967 BSA Thunderbolt at a fair price. Episode #2 pairs his 50 year old British motorcycle with a 1968 Ford Bronco. To make it interesting, the two vintage 60s vehicles will take two different routes and meet up at an old mining town in Colorado. The Bronco will travel the Switzerland Trail, which is an off-road trail, and the Thunderbolt will stay on paved roads.
What does it feel like to ride a British motorcycle with 1960s technology? How does the old Bronco hold up after traveling on a bumpy, off-road trail?
Watch the episode #2 of Kickstart and see if Roman can make it to Gold Hill on his 1967 Thunderbolt motorcycle without having to call for roadside assistance.
