Lick Skillet Road (at its steepest point) has an incredible incline of 15 percent and is designated as the steepest county road in America. It’s hard to show a 15 percent incline but we can safely say that if it was covered in ice and snow you wouldn’t be able to stand up on a 15 percent incline without rolling down.
