The 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C makes a return to US shores with a 1750 cc all-aluminum engine with direct injection and a turbo charger to get rid of any lag. It packs 237 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 258 lb-ft of torque at 2,200-4,250 rpm. Is this a four-cylinder Ferrari at a budget price of $68,000? Maybe. Add in the racing exhaust system and it just may be the best-sounding production four-cylinder available. You’ll be able to find out yourself when it arrives at the 86 approved North American dealers later this month.
In the meantime, we took the 2015 Alfa Romeo 4C for a drive and have our thoughts on the Alfa’s return to US shores in this first drive review.
