The all-new U.S. specification of the 2016 Chevy Cruze is being unveilved tonight in Detroit. It is an important car for Chevrolet, as it is the third highest seller in the United States for the company (behind the Silverado and the Equinox).
It feature new design inside and out and a host of new engines. It will also feature Apple Carplay.

The 1.4-liter turbocharged gasoline motor is all new, although it’s the same displacement as the outgoing engine. It will be available with a choice of automatic and manual transmission. The other big news is the availability of the 1.6-liter turbo-diesel in the United States. Chevrolet says it’s quieter than the competition and will be able to run on B20 biodiesel mixture. The company did not yet specify the timing of the engine availability.
