This beast puts down 470 hp @ 6,000 rpm and 465 lb-ft of torque @ 4,300 rpm from the naturally aspirated HEMI. Â It sends to the pavement via an 8-speed automatic transmission and has one of the simplest launch control systems out there. Â By the way, this Jeep is not just all engine. Â It also has very capable suspension and enormous brakes that can haul it down from 60 to a dead stop in 113 feet. Â Engineers spent a lot of time tuning the suspension, so it’s not too harsh while at the same time has minimal lean. Â They succeeded as this SRT is capable of near 1.0g lateral acceleration wearing the Pirelli P-Zero tires.
