Video: Ferrari F430 in new Nicolas Cage movie smashes into restaurant entrance

F430bk It was supposed to be a car chase seen for the Nicholas Gage movie "The Sorcerer’s Apprentice," fiming in New York city today.

Instead it became a real accident scene when a Ferrari F430 lost control and hit a lamp post and crashed into a restaurant entrance.

Several people were hurt in the accident that also saw the Ferrari damaged as well.

According to the the New York Times,  "the Ferrari stunt driver,
identified as Jeremy Fry, was supposed to “power slide” the car on
Seventh. The Ferrari slid too far, jumped a curb, knocked over an electrical pole and smashed into the entrance of the Sbarro.

Weather was to blame, the police said. Two people were injured, neither
seriously. The condition of the F430 — in base trim, it starts at about
$190,000 — wasn’t known."
