Honda wants to help you build their cars all on your own. Why? Well, it’s cool to make stuff yourself. Any hipster can tell you that their handmade sweater with wool they personally sheared from a sheep they personally raised is way, way cooler than any sweater you could buy in a store. Obviously, the same theory applies to cars and Honda understands.
That brings us to the introduction of the 2015 Honda Fit Kit, their first ever DIY car. All you do is head online where you spec out exactly how you want your Honda Fit to look once you’ve put it all together. Then, in just a matter of days, all 180,00 pieces of your new Honda are delivered in roughly a gazillion boxes and they’re not just delivered by some guy in a truck. No, some of the pieces are delivered by drone!
Then it’s all up to you to assemble your very own 2015 Honda Fit Kit with all genuine Honda parts. Just think how satisfying it will be to drive down the street in a car you built with your own two hands. You can see exactly how unbelievably cool and hip the whole process is in this video featuring hipsters Vanessa and Caleb. They make all kinds of amazing things all by themselves because they are simply way cooler than the rest of us.

She considers things a bit more carefully now, but still has a weakness for fast, beautiful cars. Nicole also writes for NerdApproved and GeekMom.
