The 2013 Lexus ES 300h Hybrid is almost an identical twin to the new Lexus ES300. You’d be hard pressed to tell them apart aside from a few discreet badges.
Of course once you left the hood, you’ll immediately notice the difference when you see the 200 horsepower four-cylinder Atkinson cycle engine.
