Call us old school but during these tough economic times it just seems plain silly to pay way over sticker for a new car.
As it happens it only took 3 minutes for 100 people to pay way over sticker for the Neiman Marcus Christmas Book special edition Chevy Camaro Convertible.
Keep in mind that a run of the mill Camaro Convertible will cost about $30,000-$40,000 less than the Neiman Marcus car…when it goes on sale.
GM is reporting that the $75,000 Christmas Book special addition edition Chevy Camaro convertible sold out in three minutes.
The “Deep Bordeaux” car comes with a 6.2-liter V-8 engine, and of course your choice of a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission plus all of the bragging rights to having the first new convertible Camaro on the block.
According to GM:
“The Neiman Marcus Edition is defined by its exclusive Deep Bordeaux exterior color, accented by subtle, “ghosted” rally stripes. The exterior color is complimented by a matching fabric top and windshield frame finished in matte silver, both also exclusive to the Neiman Marcus edition.”
