It's not that often that you see the new hybrid electric Chevy Volt in the flesh roaming the highways of America…at least not yet.
But this weekend in Denver we spotted five Chevy Volts cruising down I-25.
By the look of the dirt on the cars it could be that they were doing some last minute high altitude testing in the mountains near Denver before the cars hit the showrooms this fall.
General Motors has just announced that the Volt will sell for $41,00 and/or leased for $350 per month.

But as Denver won't be one of the first Volt markets, the five Volts roaming the street on the mile high city remain a mystery.
