Out of all of the concepts at the 2015 Easter Jeep Safari, the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overlander Concept was one of the more surprising. Loaded with lots of off-road overlanding bits, this Jeep Grand Cherokee Overlander Concept has air suspension, a diesel engine and an integrated winch. The roof has a nifty tent that keeps campers out of biting elevation for most carnivores.

The surprising part truly is the performance and the feeling that it is a production model. Normally, Jeep concepts have components and a design that may feel rough around the edges. The Jeep Grand Cherokee Overlander Concept feels production ready – AND it feels ready to tackle just about anything you can imagine.
It juts needs a snorkel, rear mounted rack with an extra spare tire (with room for extra cargo), more aggressive lights and a built-in air compressor to be perfection.
Out of all of the innovations, I think the integrated winch may be the one people beg Jeep Performance and Mopar to build.
