BMW not only builds some of the world’s most well-known and loved sports cars, but they also sponsor the teams that race those vehicles in their modified versions. One such car is the BMW TUDOR United SportsCar Championship which has become the race car driven by John Edwards as a member of BMW Team RLL (Rahal Letterman Lanigan).
Edwards started out racing karts back in 2003 when he won the Great Lakes Sprint Series Jr Briggs Restricted Championship and also became the youngest ever licensed driver in U.S. open-wheel road racing. Now, as a member of team BMW RLL, Edwards shares what it’s like to take the car full-out around the track as well as the challenges presented by the Road America track.
Join us for a ride-along with Edwards in the BMW race car that competes in the NASCAR TUDOR United SportsCar Championship at Road America in Wisconsin.

She considers things a bit more carefully now, but still has a weakness for fast, beautiful cars.
