Ford used the help from Ken Block to introduce the 2014 Ford Fiesta lineup. The 2014 Ford Fiesta and Fiesta ST. The base model introduces a US market first 3-cylinder Ecoboost engine. This tiny motor is still mighty as it produces 128 horsepower and 148 ft-lbs of torque. It is expected to deliver excellent fuel economy and performance.
The Fiesta ST joins the Focus ST in Ford lineup next year and brings back the hot hatch in a proper way. The ST uses a 1.6 4-cylinder Ecoboost that makes a healthy 197 hp and 214 ft-lbs of torque, and it’s backed by a 6 speed manual transmission. This should be a very fun little car.
