When it comes to all-weather and all-wheel drive hybrid cars the selection of hybrids is pretty slim.
In fact there are really only three cars to choose from in this AWD class:
1) the Ford Escape hybrid
2) the Lexus RX 450h
3) the new 2011 Touareg hybrid
