900 HP Ford Mustang to Take the Stand at SEMA Show [News]

Drag Racing Against Gangs & Graffiti (DRAGG)
The Ford is going big at the 2015 SEMA Show is going to have over 50 vehicles on display. So far we’ve counted 7 crossover SUVs (three Ford Edge and four Explorer Sport vehicles) and seven tricked out F-150 trucks with high performance mods. Now eight more tuners will occupy space in the Ford stand with their visions of how far they can take the 2015 Ford Mustang.

Ford claims over 9,000 horsepower will be together from just the Mustang corral alone. Tuner Bismoto accounts for 10 percent of that number by coaxing 900 horsepower from Ford’s 2.3-liter 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine. Motoroso supercharged a 5.0-liter V8 and tuned it to 727 horsepower. Other horsepower-hotties on display will be the 725 horsepower black and blue Mustang GT from MAD Industries and a white hot 475 horsepower EcoBoost Mustang built by Ice Nine Group.

Dressed to impress are Mustangs with custom wide-body kits and fancy wheels. TSI Designs is bringing a Mustang with three extra inches at the rear that can fit massive 13-inch wide rear tires. Bojix Design used inspiration from European grand tourers to create a tastefully designed Mustang painted in Lamborghini Bianca Isis white and silver ingot. 20-inch Rennen forge wheels offset the 4-piece carbon fiber front splitter, rocker extensions, rear valence, and carbon fiber rear spoiler.

Using a “Thin Blue Line” theme and flashing red and blue lights to capture your attention is a Ford Mustang police interceptor with a Borla “Attack’ cat-back exhaust system and Air Lift performance suspension. The DRAGG (Drag Racing Against Gangs and Graffiti) boasts 20-inch Velgen wheels, AIR DESIGN USA carbon fiber body kit, and custom “Thin Blue Line” seats that we hope are wide enough to accommodate an police officer’s holster and utility belt.

TFL will have a team on the ground while the SEMA Show is humming along November 3 – 6. Watch this space for SEMA video, photo galleries, and breaking news coming from Las Vegas.
