It's sort of like American cow tipping except that it involves a smart car instead of a cow, and a canal or river, instead of a pasture.

Basically roving bands of drunk Dutch kids are picking the ultra light and ultra tiny smart cars in Amsterdam and throwing them into the nearby canals.

At least that what police in the Netherlands suspect is what's happening to all of the Smart cars that have been found suddenly water bound in the country.

The cash for clunkers bill Senate vote was 60-37 to approve the
measure already passed by the House which means that an additional $2
billion dollars will be allocated to the program as soon at the bill is
signed by President Obama.

The President plans to sign the legislation into law as soon as possible to prevent any potential interruption of the program.

It doesn't seem so funny this time.

But during his performance the Rock 'n' Roll legend stumbled and fell from the catwalk while performing the song "Love In an Elevator."

According to the AP Mike Sanborn, spokesman for the Buffalo Chip Campground said Tyler fell backward onto a couple of fans in the middle of what was a
record crowd. Security rushed to help him and the crowd
cheered when Tyler got back up.
