The Mitsubishi GC-PHEV Concept made its debut at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show last week.  Mitsubishi says the radical SUV will preface future design language and possibly a future product for the brand.

Find out what you need to know about the Mitsubishi GC-PHEV concept from Don Swearingen, executive vice president of Mitsubishi North America.

Power for the Mitsubishi GC-PHEV Concept comes from a 3.0-L supercharged V6 which, in tandem with an electric motor and plug-in hybrid system, churns out 335 HP to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission.

On the interior, a large multimedia display graces the cabin, while a dynamic heads-up display with safety information offers an interesting interface.  In addition, though the GC-PHEV only debuted with two rows of seating, expect the full production version to offer three full rows.

Stay tuned to TFLcar.com for updates on the Mitsubishi GC-PHEV and subsequent production models as details become available.
