Over the years Ford has sold millions of work vans. Both in Europe and in the United States, the 2014 Ford Transit and Transit Connect are now all new for 2014.

In another TFLcar exclusive video we take you to the World Wide debut of the two work vans from the Detroit Auto Show. According to Ford, the 2014 Ford Transit Connect will offer seating for either five or seven people.

But with the seats gone it will also feature 100 cubic feet of cargo space.

For the complete details of the cargo capacity and MPG rating of both vans check out the video.

Editor’s note: The van wars are heating up! After years in the dark-ages, the United States is going to get some of the best built, most beloved vans on the planet. Ford, as you can witness in this video, will have three distinct vans replacing the E-series vans. Dodge/Ram will have a few FIAT based vans, Nissan has a slew of modern vans on our shores and Mercedes-Benz will keep selling their highly capable Sprinter van.

The 2014 Ford Transit in one example of how the van wars in the United States is heating up. It’s a smarter, more capable vehicle that can serve more than one master.

Is it possible? Are we excited to drive vans??

Why yes we are.
