The 2015 Acura RDX officially goes on sale today with a starting price of $34,895. The RDX has just posted its 22nd consecutive month sales record setting up a strong lead for the 2015 model.
The vehicle comes with a 273 horsepower 3.5L V6 with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The 2015 Acura RDX is available in all-wheel drive for an additional $1,400 over the well-equipped base model.
The base price will get you a 2015 Acura RDX with comfort features like leather seats, heated power front seats, a power moonroof and a 360-watt audio system. There’s also plenty of standard technology like a Pandora interface, SMS text messaging function, Keyless Access System with pushbutton start, Active Noise Control system, and a Multi-Angle Rearview Camera system.
Those looking for more technology in their vehicle can add on the Technology Package for an additional $3,700. This will add AcuraLink Satellite Communication System, Acura Navigation System with Voice Recognition, a 60 gigabyte hard disk drive, AcuraLink Real-Time Traffic with Traffic Rerouting, AcuraLink Real-Time Weather, a GPS-linked solar-sensing, dual-zone automatic climate control system, Acura/ELS Surround Premium Sound System, a power-actuated rear tailgate, projector beam headlights with Bi-Xenon High Intensity Discharge bulbs and front fog lights.
The 2015 Acura RDX also comes with a suite of active and passive safety features including Vehicle Stability Assist with traction control, a 4-wheel anti-lock braking, Advanced Compatibility Engineering body structure, six airbags, active front head restraints and front seatbelts with automatic tensioning.
