New footage has made it’s way to the small screen in the second TV spot for the highly anticipated Spectre.

The latest James Bond movie trailer hints at a one-on-one battle between the villain, Mr. Hinx, and Bond. Cars will fly, other cars will explode, and flames will ensue.

“It’s a cat and mouse game through the night time streets of Rome at great speed between two of the fastest cars in the world. Neither of which you have ever seen before.” Sam Mendes (Director)

Last December Aston Martin confirmed its involvement with 24th James Bond film, Spectre. Celebrating Aston Martin’s 50 year relationship with the impeccable 007 that started with the iconic DB5, the Gaydon automaker is creating a car specifically built for Bond at the request of the film’s director, Sam Mendes. A dedicated team at Gaydon will produce 10 bespoke DB10 cars for the movie. Unfortunately, a production model will not be sold to the public.

“Sam Mendes wanted this to be the poster car for every boy who watches James Bond for the first time,” says Aston Martin design director Marek Reichman. He’s discussing the conversation with director Mendes that led, eventually, to the DB10.

007’s nemesis will be driving something equally unique and powerful — a Jaguar C-X75 concept car powered by the company’s indubitable 5.0-liter supercharged V8. The carbon-fiber C-X75 supercar concept originally debuted at the 2010 Paris Motor Show and garnered enough accolades to take home Autoweek’s “Best in Show award.
