Subaru has announced the pricing for the 2015 Subaru Legacy models and options. It all starts at $21,695 plus the $795 delivery charge for the 2.5i model. This represents a 6.9% increase of the previous generation Legacy, which started at $1,400 lower. Still, the 2015 car comes with increased interior room, a 175 horsepower four-cylinder boxer engine, and impressive 26 city/36 highway MPG (a significant improvement over last year’s 24/32 MPG). Naturally, Subaru’s all wheel drive system is included.
The ever more efficient CVT is the only transmission across the entire range. The 3.6R Limited model comes back and can be yours for $30,390. There are also six optional packages that add the moonroof, navigation, and a host of latest safety and driver aide equipment.
