GM made its presence known at the 2013 SEMA with a variety of new and customized vehicles. Here is a look at the selection of their next generation full-size SUVS – the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban. Â First one is the Chevy Suburban “Half-Pipe” concept. Â It has to do with with skiing and snow boarding. Â Carrying the skiers, riders, and all their gear to and from the mountain. Â It’s got the ski rack on top, Chevrolet Accessories 22-inch rollers at the bottom, and blue-ray disc entertainment on the inside. Â (Sponsored by – Park City Mountain Resort).
This 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe “Black” concept takes a sinister approach. Â Every part of this SUV is dark or black: smoked headlights/taillights, tinted windows, dark-grey 22-inch wheels, and black leather on the inside. Â Once again, these wheels are available from Chevrolet Accessories.
GM will not stand and watch Ford and Dodge get all the special service, police SUV business. Â Enter the 2015 Tahoe Police concept. Â Actually, it’s not even a concept. Â Chevrolet just announced that this fully equipped 9C1 Police package will be available to police departments in second quarter of 2014 as the Tahoe PPV (Police Patrol Vehicle). Â It has 4WD, a 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8, 17-inch steel rims, police brakes and suspension, additional battery, and plethora of lights and computer equipment to make it a proper law enforcement and service vehicle.
