The 2018 BMW X3 compact luxury crossover is all-new. It shows off BMW’s latest design and technology. It also promises higher performance, more speed, and improved efficiency.
If you are looking for speed and high performance, the new X3 M40i packs a 355 horsepower 3.0-liter turbocharged engine for a claimed 4.6 seconds 0-60 MPH. That is properly quick for any crossover, and it would also put the X3 near the top of the class.
The more mainstream model will receive a 2.0-liter turbo with 248 horsepower and improved efficiency, when compared to the current model. Â This will be now called the X3 xDrive30i (replacing the xDrive28i).
Naturally, the new X3 is packed with all the latest high-tech goodies, including a larger heads-up display, Apple Carplay, Android Auto, and much more.
