WWF wrestler Randy ‘Macho Man’ Savage dies in car crash after suffering heart attack

Randysavage 58-year-old Randy ‘Macho Man’ Savage has died after apparently suffering a heart attack while driving his 2009 Jeep Wrangler in Tampa, Florida.

The former professional wrestler’s Jeep jumped a concrete median, careened across several lanes of oncoming traffic, before crashing directly into a tree.

Savage died from his injuries at Largo Medical Center.

The WWF wrestler from Ohio became famous in 1985 with his colorful and flamboyant outfits and “ooh yeah!” catch phrase.

Savage won two WWF championships in his career but he was eventually dethroned by fellow superstar WWF wrestler Hulk Hogan.

“I lost a close friend today. If anybody in heaven is wondering who the cat in the ugly cowboy hat is it’s Randy. Love you Bro. Never another,” said professional wrestler Kevin Nash in a tweet.

Randy Savage had just celebrated his first wedding anniversary at the tine of his death.
