R.I.P: Cadillac axes SRX Turbo after just one year of production

Srx

The Cadillac SRX Turbo is no more.

Cadillac today confirmed that it has axed the SRX with the 300-horsepower, 2.8-liter turbo V6 turbo option because only about 10 percent of SRX buyers opted for the CUV with the bigger turbo engine.

The standard 3.0-liter DI V6 will be only engine choice for 2011.

We had a chance to drive the SRX last year and found it to be a stylish and manly CUV.
