This was the largest simultaneous burnout ever.

Bandimere Speedway just outside Denver, Colorado is somewhere we’ve thrown our drag racing gauntlet down many times before. It also hosts the annual Mile-High NHRA Nationals, where we saw an 11,000 horsepower Dodge Charger SRT Funny Car. Now, a group of burnout enthusiasts descended on Bandimere to try and set a new Guinness World Record. At least 170 cars turned out to create the largest simultaneous burnout ever.

Crowds were gathered, engines were revved, tires were shredded, and a good time was had by all. Although, there is no word from Guinness that this is officially the largest simultaneous burnout ever yet.

Hey, against records like breaking toilet seats with your head and chopping watermelons on your stomach, not to mention the fastest bed-making attempt, I’ll take the huge burnout. With all the smoke and piles of burnt rubber behind each car and truck that took part, this massive burnout is something to remember.
