This appears to be a Cadillac CTS with lots of eye-numbing camouflage. The new CTS has been on sale for many months already, so what is this test prototype doing high in the Rocky Mountains? Could it be testing a new powertrain components for the CTS-V? Could it have some components from the upcoming ultra-luxurious Cadillac LTS flagship, which will go up against the BMW 7-Series and the like? Is it even a CTS?
