The 2012 Volkswagen Jetta debuted at the Chicago Auto Show with a more sophisticated suspension set-up and a 200 horsepower turbo charged engine from the VW GTI.
Think of the GLI as the family man’s GTI.
The VW GLI also gets the usual go fast parts like bigger wheels, more aggressive front fascia and more sinister looking smoked tail lamps.
The proven 2.0L engine cranks out a very respectable 200 horsepower and 207 pound-feet of torque that power the from wheel through a six speed automatic or manual gearbox.
